Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information exchanged during the project confidential, including but not limited to technical data, business strategies, login credentials, and client data.
6. Limitation of Liability
NB IT HUB will not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
- Data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits
- Delays caused by third-party tools, hosting platforms, or client-side inaction
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are not guaranteed once a service has begun or been delivered unless agreed upon in writing.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately, with or without notice, if:
- The client violates these Terms
- There is a failure to pay invoices on time
- The client engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Clients may terminate a project with written notice, subject to payment for work completed to date.
9. Third-Party Services
Some services may include third-party tools or platforms (e.g., payment gateways, cloud hosting). We are not responsible for issues arising from these third-party systems, though we will support integration and troubleshooting.
10. Changes to These Terms
